TCF House Churches
TCF's house churches meet in various locations around the city, mostly on Wednesday nights, (one on Thursday) for worship, fellowship, prayer and bible study/teaching/discussion.
Much of the life of the church is focused in the house churches, where members love and nurture one another's faith, support one another in prayer and with practical, everyday support, and build relationships that count for eternity.
Most house churches meet at 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays - some meet earlier for potluck meals. Currently, one meets on Thursday nights. On the second Wednesday of each month, the house churches come together at the church building for an all-church corporate prayer meeting at 7:00 p.m. Call or email the church for locations and times.

Conducted through a variety of outreach programs (see community service and mercy ministries above), and through various church groups, including the youth (BASIC).
In 2001, TCF took a group of 27 to Honduras to work with our long-term missionaries there, Dan and Mary Lu Coventon, in San Pedro Sula. This was the second time TCF has teamed with Amor Viviente church there on a short-term mission. The 2001 team included youth group members, as well as TCF's puppet outreach team.
In years past, TCF has sent numerous short-term teams to Mexico. Also, each year, many TCF youth and adults travel internationally on short-term missions with a wide variety of agencies. In August, 2003, TCF sent a team to Honduras, and in 2004 several youth went to Mexico with Soul Team missions.
In 2006, the BASIC youth group traveled to Seattle to work with the YWAM base there, and in 2007, BASIC took a team to Cambodia. In 2009, TCF took a team to Kenya.
In 2018, TCF is taking a team to Haiti to work at an orphanage there.

BASIC has had a regular presence at a local public housing project, where the youth have conducted a variety of activities to relate to and minister to the children in this location. During the annual "home missions week", the youth visit a variety of children's homes, nursing homes and other venues to minister the love of Christ to the residents, and to stretch the youth beyond their "comfort zone" in ministry.
TCF youth joined the church's summer mission in August, 2001, to Honduras. In the past the youth have been to New Orleans' French Quarter for evangelistic ministry. Several of the youth traveled to Mexico for two weeks in the summer of 2004 for a short-term missions outreach.
