INTERCESSORY PRAYER LIST

NEW
. Johnny (Shirley M.s’ nephew) – Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia. Johnny showed some emotion at Christmas time. This is the first time the family has seen emotions expressed since the onset of the disease. Pray for the family to have wisdom and direction as they continue to face many issues and challenges.
. Harrison – The seminary president, Isaac K., died recently. Randy and Deanna, after much counsel, have decided to postpone the trip to Congo, and remain in the Ivory Coast for the 3 week process of wakes, nightly ‘condolences’ services, and other traditional funeral proceedings, both there and in Guinea, Isaac’s home country. Pray for them and Isaac’s wife, Rachel, and their 5 adult children, during this season, and also for the timing of the trip to Congo.
. Christina M. – Will be on a short-term missions trip to Thailand from February 13-21st, with a team from Victory Christian Center. They will take part in crusades, pastor’s and women’s conferences. Prayer requests are:
Team unity, God’s anointing, and receptive hearts for all the Lord draws to them.
. Missions Conference, February 19-26 – Please be praying for the Conference – the speakers as well as those attending.
ONGOING NEEDS AND UPDATES
. Bud B. – Pray for his Tulsa home to sell quickly. Encouragement.
. Ferrill family – They have 3 foster children living with them now. Pray for the adjustments that are going on – for the Ferrills and the children. Grace for the family. Peace and sleep for all in the night hours.
. Jamie (a neighbor of Jim Garrett) has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
. Employment needed: Ginger, Autumn, Art, Rebecca
. Good News Club – 160 children coming to Club every Friday, pray for more help, for grace and energy for volunteers, and for children to hear and understand the gospel.
. Help Wanted Prayer Challenge - Matthew 9:38: “ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest field.” Continue to pray regularly and specifically God would send new people to TCF to join us in the harvest work He has given us to do, through evangelism and salvation, through unchurched believers coming to TCF, and through people who share our missions vision finding us and connecting.

MISSIONARY OF THE WEEK
Peter and Elaine G., training future missionaries in New Zealand. Pray for:
1. Peter will be team teaching Theology this semester and “Using Greek Tools” next semester. He’d appreciate prayer for his preparation and delivery.
2. They are waiting to go on holiday for a couple of weeks. Pray for God’s timing and place to become clear.
3. Grace & strength for Elaine to continue to minister to her mother, who lives with them.
4. Inspiration for Elaine to do double the amount of work at the WEC office so she can leave everything up to date while they are away.
Missionary Requests
. Heins – Tensions have eased some where John is, and 2 more team members have arrived. Good work is getting done! Barb has requested we join her in prayer as she prays for God’s intervention in the lives of Derek and Hannah.
. Cindy P.’s mother – Pray for grace and peace as Cindy helps her move into an assisted living ‘home’, and for Cindy’s brother, who is awaiting a stem cell transplant to treat his recurrent leukemia. Cindy will be delaying her return to India in light of these family matters.

. Averie – (Girl with Downs Syndrome) is doing well. She is 12 yrs. old now, still has a heart condition that will require surgery at some point.
. Martha (Nette’s sister) – Diagnosed with pre-leukemia.
. Eddie W. - In prison for 6 more years. Pray for encouragement to press into the Lord and provision of godly friends.
