 NEW

. James C. family – James, a long-time member of TCF, who had Alzheimers for many years, died this past Tuesday. Please remember the family in prayer.

. Kenya – A highly divisive, new constitution will be voted on this Wednesday.

.  Andrew M. – Will be leading a YWAM team going to minister in Kenya Oct.8-Nov. 8.

. Lisa S. – Diagnosed with active Crohn’s in small intestines. Doctors have put her on some new medications. Lisa’s supervisor, and her supervisor’s supervisor, have both told Lisa that they appealed on her behalf to HR about missing work due to Crohn’s, and she does not need to worry her job security about any longer!

. Employment needed: Mike J., Rebecca W.

. Cheryl B.’s uncle Lee – Has been hospitalized with many health issues, including malnutrition. He will not longer be able to live independently. Pray for health, and acceptance of this change in living situation.

. Elizabeth D. – She is pregnant and doctors found a small ‘tearing’ of the placenta. Pray that the tear would neither become bigger, or prevent nutrition from getting to the baby.

. Ginger F. – Fair, just and timely settlement regarding the automobile accident she was involved in last year.

. Kim G. – (son-in-law of Jane R.) – Fell out of his truck seriously damaged his leg and broke his ankle. Pray that he doesn’t lose his leg.

. James H. – Car problems have made his delivery job tenuous. Pray for favor, and for a new job. His son, Joseph, needs prayer for his speech development to become normal.

. Jesus Inn – Maintenance/repair needs on the seven properties owned by the Inn

. Ndogo (son of Peter M. – Kenya) – 10 years old; needs diagnosis for skin sores that take a long time to heal, poor eyesight and frequent acute thirst.

. Roger S. family (friends of Bud & Darlene G.) – have been very involved with Children’s Prayer Congress, but funding has been withdrawn from this ministry. Pray for direction for them & provision, as they will have to move asap.

. Pregnancies –  Sarah (boy-August), Deb (September), Natasha (boy-September); Anji (boy-December), Anja(December)

. Preaching schedule:  August 8 –Sullivan; August 15 –Troutman

Missionary of the Week

Cindy, Partnering and assisting with church growth overseas. Pray for:

1. Her visa has been stamped with restriction of mandatory 2 months out of the country each time she exits a certain country. This would be very disruptive to her scheduled meetings and workshops. Pray it will be ‘overlooked’ at the land border and that she’ll have peace with the altered schedule is it isn’t.

2. New group is being organized for the September start of DAI Masters in Christian Leadership. Pray for guidance from the Lord as they determine who to accept into the program at this time.

3. Cindy’s travels Aug 7-14, in the midst of political turmoil, 2 workshops with people coming from remote places.

4. Cindy has been asked to help find resources to assist reaching out to a leprosy colony, which has been almost completely neglected. Pray for wisdom & local professionals to be willing to get involved. Many are fearful to get close to those with leprosy.

. Niles – John’s family in the U.S. is having various health issues – his mother is having liver function problems and brother, Bill, will have a colon operation, his two sisters, Martha and Pam, are also experiencing health issues.

. Art - Anxiety and Bi-Polar disorders

Our Extended Family 

. Averie (Little Light House) – (Girl with Downs Syndrome) is doing well. She still has a heart condition that will require surgery at some point.

. Anita (co-worker of Ginger F.) – diagnosed with breast cancer.        

. Bill S. and Guy S. – Parkinson’s Disease

. Cathy (wife of Ray T.) –Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Now on oxygen, continues to deteriorate. VOM is allowing Ray to work at home & has curtailed his travel so he can be with Cathy. Pray for grace and the presence of the Lord to fill them.

. Daniel (neighbor/friend of the Harkin’s) – now in later stage of pancreatic cancer. Pray for his salvation.

. Carol (Shirley P.’s sister) –Type II diabetes; other disabling issues

. Eddie W.t - In prison for 10 more years. Pray for encouragement to press into the Lord and provision of godly friends.

. Eric – (adult son of a woman named Sammie, who called TCF for prayer) – A backslidden believer. Pray for repentance and freedom from an addiction to gambling. Protection for his marriage and 3 sons.

. Kathy (Bob Ms’ sister) – Thyroid cancer – the last stages of thyroid cancer - now on hospice care. 

. Rhonda (Nocole L’s mother) –Rare type of Vasculitis (a disease that kills off one’s blood vessels). Chemo treatments will continue for the next few months.

. Wayne N (former TCFer) –80 yrs. old.  T-cell lymphoma

. Tara (niece of Jim & Laura G) – Needs treatment for Anorexia that her insurance approves. Salvation.

. Trey and Roger – two young men who came to TCF seeking help to radically change their lifestyles. Pray for salvation, successful transition to a new lifestyle that includes faith in Christ.
